Baked fresh, every morning.

We start at 4am. Croissants are laminated by hand, bread is shaped and scored, pastries come out of the oven warm. Nothing sits overnight.

Serious about coffee.

We partner with local roasters, dial in our grind every morning, and will happily talk your ear off about single-origin beans.

Real ingredients only.

Butter, flour, eggs, salt, time. No preservatives, no shortcuts, no mixes from a bag. You can taste the difference.

Started in a home kitchen. Now we have a line out the door.

Butter & Bloom was born in 2020 when Clara โ€” our founder and head baker โ€” started selling sourdough loaves from her front porch. Neighbors told neighbors. The porch couldn't handle the volume.

Today we're a proper bakehouse on 4th Street with six bakers, two baristas, and the same philosophy: make it right, make it fresh, and never cut corners. If you haven't had a croissant straight from our oven, you haven't had a croissant.

We'll save you a seat by the window.
